Carrots with Roasted Garlic Basil Butter
Fiery chipotle peppers in smokey adobo sauce are mixed with fresh garlic and kosher salt. This butter is my favorite to cook with. Perhaps our prettiest butter yet. This has been a holiday favorite in our house for a long time. This butter is delicious on almost all breakfast items (pancakes, biscuits, muffins, etc.). Stir it in oatmeal or use to glaze a simple pound cake. Try it on a baked sweet potato. My friend Christin loves to slather it onto Hawaiian rolls with turkey! It also makes great buttercream frosting.

Smoked Tomato Mascarpone
Sundried tomatoes with smoked shallots, smoked salt, homemade mascarpone, and a "teense" of oregano. Use it any way you would Roasted Garlic Basil. I can't wait to put this on fresh pasta, mac and cheese, roasted chicken, and grilled cheese.
When blueberry season rolls around we make freezer jam with local berries and candy fresh lemon peel. Like our Maple Cranberry butter, this is fantastic with every kind of breakfast: pancakes, waffles, toast, muffins, biscuits, and as a base for buttercream frosting.

Dark Wildflower Honey
TN Artisan Honey’s dark wildflower honey provides a dark sweetness akin to brown sugar. The sweetness is accentuated with a little vanilla and cinnamon. We add Hawaiian sea salt for crunch and to add a savory element. Our sea salt is non-processed and rich in both natural and trace minerals as well as Iron-Oxid. Use this beautiful, red flecked butter to top yeasty Parker House rolls, baked apples or carrots, scones, cakes, or corn muffins. Add a little Dijon mustard and use it to sauce chicken or salmon.
